Job Description:
As the Director of Quality for our organization, you will be
responsible for leading and overseeing quality assurance and
continuous improvement efforts across our three contract
manufacturing facilities. These facilities specialize in the
production of PCBAs, cable harnesses and wiring, and box builds,
offering both full turn-key and labor-only services. Reporting to
the General Manager, you will ensure that all facilities maintain
the highest standards of quality, drive process improvements, and
adhere to regulatory and customer-specific requirements. This role
involves oversight of a small team of Quality Engineers and
personnel, maintaining ISO9001:2015 certification, and positioning
the organization for potential AS9100 certification.
