Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Manager (Financial Crimes)
to help build the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the SAR filing process and manage day-to-day functions of
the FIU
Collaborate on process improvements and assist in building out the
FIU's capabilities
Advise cross-functional stakeholders on compliance topics and stay
updated on industry standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, political science, law, finance, or
a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus
Minimum of 6 years of experience in BSA/AML roles, with AML & SAR
filing experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of analytical tools such as Snowflake,
Excel, and visualization software
Solid understanding of BSA/AML Program requirements
Industry certifications preferred but not required (e.g., CAMS,
CGSS, CFE)
