Implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a scalable Customer Success and
Implementations strategy
Build and lead a Customer Success team to deliver exceptional
client experiences
Leverage data to drive strategies that enhance customer outcomes
and drive retention
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or Client
Implementation/Onboarding at SaaS startups
4+ years in a Customer Success leadership position
Collaborative team player with a track record of partnering with
sales and cross-functional stakeholders
Data-driven decision maker focused on execution and
accountability
Bonus if based in the San Francisco Bay Area
