Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Business Compliance (Coding
& Risk Stratification).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Coding, Risk Stratification, and Billing Compliance
Sub-Committee
Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to
laws and regulations related to value-based care
Identify compliance risks and provide training and support for
business initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of work experience, ideally in the healthcare
industry
7 years of experience in healthcare compliance, including 5 years
in coding and billing compliance
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and
Stark Law
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
