Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Advisor, NAVSEA Program Management.
Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on program management, organizational design, and workforce management
Integrate program procurement activities into industrial base efforts
Support Flag/SES leadership with high-level program management activities

Required Qualifications

20+ years of experience within NAVSEA, including program management
Experience advising Team Submarine program managers as an onsite SME
Proven leadership in developing analytic solutions for government and military issues
Ability to exercise independent judgment and work autonomously
Current DOD Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain it
