A company is looking for a Sales Manager - Non IT & IT
Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand
their hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions
Develop and execute hiring strategies for various non-IT positions
across multiple industries
Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring timely delivery
and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in non-IT recruitment and account
management
Strong ability to negotiate salaries and contracts with clients and
candidates
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment
tools is a plus
