Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Manager - Bilingual,
Spanish speaking, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer multiple customer implementation projects,
ensuring successful completion within time and budget
constraints
Collaborate with team members and manage customer project inquiries
while providing operational reporting on project status
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process
and capture feedback for ongoing product and service
improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training or experience
Proven track record of successfully coordinating software
implementation projects
Understanding of software delivery implementation methodologies in
a post-sales environment
Proficiency with modern business applications, including Microsoft
Office 365 and Salesforce.com
Fluency in English and Spanish
