Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Mental Health
Counselor OR Licensed Mental Health Counselor OR LCMHC for a hybrid
position.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient clinical services to child and/or adult
patients
Collaborate with primary care in a behavioral health integrated
setting
Participate in a hybrid work model, with three days on-site and two
days remote
Required Qualifications
M.S.W. from an accredited school of social work
Current NH state licensure
Minimum of 2 years post-graduate practice in a healthcare
setting
Certification or experience with addiction/substance use
Full-time availability for a permanent position
