Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Care Management, Behavioral
Health.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees assessment and evaluation of members' behavioral health
needs to promote optimal wellness
Monitors compliance with state contracts and performance metrics
while managing staff performance
Conducts interviews, hires, and mentors care coordination staff,
ensuring effective onboarding and resource management
Required Qualifications
Must reside in the State of Oklahoma
Active RN license or a Licensed Master Level Social Worker with a
current license in Oklahoma
5+ years of Behavioral Health professional experience
2+ years of management experience
Experience working with Medicaid and/or Medicare Enrollees to
coordinate services
