Seeking Product Development Manager to identify ne Personal Lines & Personal Auto Product to be sold through existing and new client bases.

Responsibilities:

*** Perform market research and competitive analysis to support product development efforts.

*** Develop new products in concert with Underwriting and compliance departments.

*** Develop and implement procedures for project management including reporting on research findings, regular progress reports, and staff conferences.

*** Monitor industry, bureau and regulatory changes that impact product offerings, and implement changes as necessary.
