Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to support executive
leadership and drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead high-priority strategic business initiatives and
cross-functional task forces
Facilitate communication between teams and manage the company's OKR
planning process
Prepare board materials and manage significant internal and
external meetings
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or
high-growth technology companies
High emotional intelligence and ability to influence at all
organizational levels
Team-oriented with a focus on strategic and operational performance
improvement
Stellar project management skills and experience
BA/BS Degree required
