Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property Support Associate - Resident
Lease Support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage application processing, lease administration, and renewal
generation for multiple properties
Respond to resident and property employee inquiries via phone,
email, or chat
Coordinate and process resident and property requests in compliance
with regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or three to five years of related experience in
property management or customer service
Experience in a real estate environment and/or property management
operations preferred
Knowledge of YARDI and Microsoft Office is preferred
3-5 years of progressive multifamily onsite or related
experience
