The cardiovascular technologist assists with all procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab including scrubbing, circulating, recording and monitoring patient status to ensure optimal patient outcomes. What qualifications you will need:
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Two years experience in licensed field and one year cardiac cath lab experience preferred
  • ARRT registered or RCIS certification within 3 years of hire, if not a Rad Technologist with ARRT.
