Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive and
engaging manner
Share important updates from clients with donors across the United
States
Secure financial gifts from donors and maintain minimum fundraising
metrics
Required Qualifications
1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience,
preferably in telephone fundraising
Dedicated wired internet connection
A quiet work environment free from interruptions
Basic computer skills and familiarity
Commitment and enthusiasm for charitable and non-profit causes
