Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Operations
Analyst responsible for reporting and analytics in the Call
Center.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage reporting and analytics scorecards
Analyze performance improvement opportunities and implement process
improvements
Manage agent scheduling and knowledge management tools for
consistency across the Customer Experience organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of
relevant work experience
3 years of Customer Service/Call Center experience
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and familiarity with business
intelligence tools like Power BI
Experience with data management in Snowflake or similar data
warehouses
Ability to document processes and workflows clearly for diverse
audiences
