Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Client Support Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and inquiries from clients, providing prompt
and knowledgeable support
Identify customer needs and determine appropriate solutions to
maintain client satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of interactions and ensure
confidentiality of customer information
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer support or related field (1-2 years
preferred)
Proficient with computers and ability to navigate support
software
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
as needed
Required equipment includes a desktop or laptop with Windows 11 and
a wired internet connection
